These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 83bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online betting and casino services accessible at https://83bd.bet. By accessing the platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or using any service offered through 83bd, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all users of the 83bd platform, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

83bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Where changes are material, 83bd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the contact details held on their account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity. The Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles applicable to online gaming agreements.

Access to and use of the 83bd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 83bd is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is prohibited and illegal.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 83bd, or of any software provider, game studio, or partner organisation whose products are available on the platform.
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform is lawful in your location.

Age Verification: 83bd takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We may request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all wagers voided, and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

To access the full range of services available on 83bd — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Registration is open to eligible individuals as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You agree to notify 83bd promptly of any changes to your personal information, including changes to your contact number, email address, or mobile wallet details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

One Account Policy: Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account with 83bd. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, 83bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed, and withhold bonus credits. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact our support team at [email protected] to have the matter resolved before any further activity takes place.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 83bd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. You should notify 83bd support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach affecting your account.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other online services.
• Enable OTP (one-time password) two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Never store your password in an unencrypted file or share it via messaging apps.

All financial transactions on 83bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 83bd does not accept foreign currency deposits or make withdrawals in any currency other than BDT. The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum single deposit limit specified by the platform, though individual mobile wallet providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 83bd account instantly upon confirmed receipt from the wallet provider. In the event of a delay, you should retain your transaction reference number and contact [email protected] with proof of payment.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and associated with your verified 83bd account. 83bd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not matching your registered identity. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash: Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Nagad: Typically processed within 8 minutes of approval during standard operating hours.
• Rocket: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• Upay: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.

Processing times stated above are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where a withdrawal is subject to additional verification. 83bd is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile wallet provider or the banking infrastructure.

KYC and Withdrawal Verification: 83bd reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the account balance.

83bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion description.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible markets, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each promotion are stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from your account.
• Eligible Players: Promotions are available to registered, verified players aged 18 and above unless otherwise stated. Some promotions may be restricted to new players, existing players, or players in specific regions of Bangladesh.
• One Promotion Per Person: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitute bonus abuse.
• Bonus Abuse: 83bd employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotion terms, placing opposing bets across accounts, and wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, 83bd reserves the right to void all wagers, forfeit all bonus credits and associated winnings, and close the account without notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: 83bd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn before the stated end date, active participants will be notified and any qualifying wagers already placed under that promotion will be honoured.

Seasonal promotions linked to cricket events (such as BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup tournaments), Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh cultural occasions may be offered with specific eligibility windows. These promotions are subject to the same general bonus conditions described above, plus any event-specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

By using the 83bd platform, you agree to observe the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• You will access the platform solely for lawful recreational betting and gaming purposes, and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or money-laundering purpose.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to interfere with the fair operation of the platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent security systems.
• You will not engage in, facilitate, or encourage match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports fraud in connection with markets offered on 83bd.
• You will not attempt to access another user's account, collect other users' personal information, or engage in any activity that constitutes a breach of any third party's privacy or data rights.
• You will not upload, transmit, or distribute any content through the platform that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable Bangladeshi law.
• You will notify 83bd immediately if you become aware of any error or malfunction in the platform that results in a bet being accepted at materially incorrect odds or conditions. Any winnings derived from such errors are not legitimate winnings and must be returned.
• You will use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform — including deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion — if you have any concerns about your gambling behaviour.

83bd reserves the right to request documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or compliance with these obligations. Failure to cooperate with such requests within a reasonable timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your account pending resolution.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your 83bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and the remaining account balance returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. If your account has an active self-exclusion period in place, the closure request will be actioned in accordance with the terms of that self-exclusion.

Suspension by 83bd: 83bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an account — temporarily or permanently — in any of the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification or KYC documentation within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or reversal from a payment provider.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or financial institutions.
• Identification of a duplicate account associated with the same individual.
• Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 83bd will attempt to contact the registered user before taking any action on a dormant account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via their registered contact details unless the nature of the investigation requires confidentiality. During a suspension period, withdrawals will not be processed until the review is complete. If the investigation concludes in the user's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and funds may be withheld or forfeited in accordance with these Terms.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 83bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from: betting decisions, game outcomes, technical failures, interruptions to service, errors in odds or market data, unauthorised access to your account, or changes to applicable law that affect your ability to use the platform.

No Warranty: The 83bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or market data at any given time, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Bet Disputes: If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with 83bd support within 72 hours of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. When raising a dispute, provide your account username, the bet reference number, the date and time of the wager, and a clear explanation of the issue. 83bd support will investigate and respond within 5 business days. The decision of 83bd's trading team in relation to bet settlement is final, subject to any demonstrable system error.

Technical Errors: In the event that a technical error results in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds, 83bd reserves the right to void the wager and return the stake to the customer's account balance. "Clearly incorrect odds" means odds that deviate materially from the market price available at the time and are the result of a system or data feed error rather than a deliberate pricing decision.
